All products must go through a stringent QC check by our personnel before sending out. We will not be sending a defective product to our customers. All exchanges must be made within 7 working days from the date of receiving the ordered products. Exceeded the grace period will not be entertained. We’ll also pay the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error.



We DO NOT accept returns of the following:

• Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.

• Any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap or box) or used.

• Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or damaged due to your personal reasons, such as – drop onto the floor and gets broken after receival of parcel, used face mask or dislike the product(s) after 7 days of usage.

* In the event of dispute,’s decision shall be final and conclusive.



Please note that we do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will not be charged. Only in case the product was sold out, we’ll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. The costs and risks incurred for returns will be borne by buyers. We will not be responsible for any damages or loss mail in transit.
