ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation via email signifies that we had received your order and payment has been made via your chosen FPX platform. We shall proceed with your order(s) as per online system unless product is not available at current stocks and we will notify you via email or mobile contact should any issue arise from your order(s).

LOCAL SHIPPING

We will not accept orders to P.O. Box addresses. Also, we will not be held responsible for any shipping issues due to errors in printing or wrong address entered. We strongly encourage you to provide us full shipping address during Check-Out process. Only 1 delivery address per order allowed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we only deliver to Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. We will provide Tracking Number for each out-going parcel per order.

COURIER CHARGES

We offer FREE DELIVERY to West Malaysia and charges of RM25.00 to Sabah & Sarawak (max of 5kg).
Singapore – RM60, Indonesia & Thailand – RM80

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner, Easy Parcel. This service requires signature upon delivery. We promised to process confirmed orders in the shortest time possible. We will ship out your order within 1-3 working days. In general, delivery time for major districts require 1-3 working days, where remote areas require 2-4 working days. Estimated delivery time will be :

• Klang Valley area – about 2 to 3 working days
• Other places in Peninsular Malaysia – 3 to 5 working days
• Sabah & Sarawak – 5 to 7 working days

• Singapore / Indonesia / Thailand – 10 to 15 working days

SECURITY

At the moment of receiving parcel, you agree to inspect the parcel packing integrity before you or your authorized person signing-off the receipt of delivery. Refuse to sign for received parcel if you have found the seal is broken or any significant damage, contact us at [email protected] with any photo as evidence, if could. We will not be responsible for any loss suffered due to the parcel being received by someone else, other than the Recipient.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

Occasionally, orders are returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempt(s). You may request for 2nd attempt delivery on the Notice dropped by our appointed logistic partner. If the order needs to be re-delivered after 2nd attempt failed, RM10 delivery and handling fee is needed.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These Terms of Use may be modified from time to time. You should therefore read these Terms of Use before you place any order.
